CCSI, Inc. training programs for security guards is one of our most important functions because an improperly or inadequately trained guard is a totally-unacceptable individual for us and our customers.
A security guard must complete 40 hours of required training and an 8-hour refresher course every 12 months after completing the 40-hour training. As part of this training, a security guard must complete an 8-hour New Employee Training. In addition, 16 hours of on the job training (OTJT) is required within the first month and an additional 16 hours within the first six months. We provide biweekly trainings facilitated by field experienced military veterans and well trained officers from all branches of law enforcement.
